Anyone know how to submit an idea to angel investors for funding?

I have ideas that don’t necessarily categorize as inventions that I don’t really have the money to get started. One is a restaurant idea. I’ve read about angel investors in business magazines and it seems like only other rich people know about them and how to find them. Does anyone know how to find these people?
