Are there any legitimate home investment companies out there? Anyone with a good experience?

Looking to sell my home in NC. Pursuing home swaps right now, but I am interested in home investors. Any thoughts?
This is not a good place to ask about specific companies.
There are LOTS of scamming companies like this and most of the posts you will see are just that, scams.
Ask local people that you know personally, where you live.
I would sell your house with a local Realtor. For your new home I would consider purchasing a custom home, so that you can create a better house for all your needs. If you are moving to a hotter or warmer climate it is important to have central air/heat. If you have a family, you will need a safe house with lots of bedrooms. Hardwood floors and real wood cabinets add lots of value to your home that stays, so whenever you decide to sell, you can earn more money.
