People who are suffering from unemployment(deflationary pressures) will sell their precious metals. The Chinese government is encouraging its citizens to buy precious metals, this might be pushing it up. The dollar is collapsing little by little. The dollar index was 91 in Nov. 2008, and now it is about 76. Wait for the digs in precious metals before you buy it.
