I Check out a silver mine in Mexico

This is from a year or so ago, when I was regularly looking for investment opportunites in Mexico. Silver Bull Report was my website back then. I still have the domain name, but I don’t have the website up anymore, as I no longer provide analytical data to investors.

Watch “Alone in the wilderness” or other videos about log cabin building. There are plenty of trees on your lot. And yes, you just cut what you need.

Where do you get the wood? Do you cut it down yourself?

I’m going to look up that book your recommended.

Two months would be enough to get the structure up with a roof on it. Another two months to build a nice fireplace, floor and deck. You could probably do it in a lot less time. As to disappearing from civilization; I don’t have any land that far out.

Well what’s a nigga like me to do? I don’t want to die in these slums? I’m a vagabond, and everywhere I try to sleep, some jerk with a gun tells me I’m trespassing. The whole country is locked up like a zoo.

Hypothetical question: How long would it take for someone with no experience to build a log cabin? Also, is there anywhere where someone could run away from civilization in peace?
Any help would be much appreciated.

I’ve been helped lots in the past, and I want to pay it forward. I have lots of land, and many people are hurting. Why should I not share? Plus, if 50 people ended building cabins reasonably close together, we could set up our own shops and thereby start a mini ecomomy based on barter. We could avoid taxes and live a better life. But mostly, I would get joy from helping others. I have always found, that the more I give, the more I have to give…to a certain degree, anyway.

  6. JurkoffJay says:

Why would you do that? What do you get out of it?

  7. Keister12 says:

No, it has to be a log cabin. Get a copy of “How to Build and Furnish a Log Cabin” by W. Ben Hunt. The best way to learn is by doing. Anyway, my plan is to give away 10 one acre lots this year to anyone who can’t afford a house and are willing to build their own cabin. I will probably do another ten parcels next year, if things go well this year.

    Hahaha!

That’s mighty kind of you sir, but I’m just a poor nigga in the ghetto. All I own is a motorcycle, a sleeping bag, a tent, and a bag of clothes. I don’t know the first thing about building a cabin. Can’t I just build a little shelter, or dig a hole to sleep in?

  9. Keister12 says:

No, it is not a joke. You could start the same time I do, but I need to get a brush cutter in to clear the right-of-way to your building site, so you can drive your truck in. The road has not been used in some time. But if you are in a rush, and you are willing to pay the $800 for the machine, you can start as early as three weeks from now.

  10. JurkoffJay says:

… uuhhh.. is this a joke?

  11. Keister12 says:

Ok, it’s yours. Your acre of land is 4 miles from Fort Frances, Ontario, Canada. It is right on the border with International Falls, Minnesota. I will be building a small log cabin there starting in a few weeks. If you are serious, plan on being there to start building your cabin in Early May. I will even help you with skidding logs and cutting some lumber.

  12. JurkoffJay says:

    I’m sorry, but I don’t understand the question really….

If you mean you’d “give” me an acre of land for building a log cabin on it, the heck yeah I would.

  13. Keister12 says:

If I gave you an acre of land, would you be willing to build a log cabin on it? I’m being serious.

  14. JurkoffJay says:

Dude….. you’re rich. All you rich white people act like you aint rich. Come to my block, and you’ll see why I say you’re rich.

  15. Keister12 says:

No, I’m not rich. I used to visit mines for silver investors who would subscribe to my newsletter.

  16. JurkoffJay says:

Is this dude rich or something? Really? Who does this?
