Moorfield buys into JV with Grainger
LONDON (SHARECAST) – Residential property firm Grainger said its recently acquired Sovereign Reversions subsidiary has formed a joint venture with MREF II Equity Release Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Moorfield Real Estate Fund II.
