    They want to know that the business is going to make a good profit for them…They are not being “Angel investors” to benefit you.

    Management background with enough experience to make the business plan work.

    An Executive Summary which is a 3 page overview of the business, the product, the market, and the principles (people) involved, – a three year business plan with current and projected financials.

    - potential for strong returns on their cash investment
    - management capability
    - solid understanding of the business
    - passion for the idea

    You may want to go and pitch your ideas where investors gather. Here are some places where angel investors come and those looking for funding can come and pitch their business plans. Be sure to have a strong business plan and describe what makes your business idea stand apart:
